Redesign Consultation:
When all you need is a little guidance and affirmation!
If you like to do the decorating yourself, but need assistance with where to start or
what to do, ReDazzle Design will give you decorating ideas for every room in the
house. With our in-home consultation we will answer all of your decorating questions
and get you started in the right direction. $75/hour.

Interior Redesign:
Also referred to as "One-Day Decorating", we will help you achieve a room you love
with the furnishings and accessories you already own. We evaluate your room
according to balance, scale, texture, color and architectural detail and blend them with
the lifestyle of the household to create a new look that is "uniquely yours". You will
be amazed at what will happen in just a few hours without any additional purchases.
A typical room redesign takes approximately 4-5 hours to complete. Our fee per
room is $395. Additional rooms completed on the same day will be discounted to
$295. (Your consultation fee and an assistant are included in the price.)
Real Estate Staging:
"It's better to be looked over than overlooked!" (Mae West)
We've heard it a million times . . . "You only get one chance to make a good first
impression". When selling your home you want to insure that a potential buyer does
not overlook that your home may be the perfect home for them. The goal is to have
the buyers linger in your home longer. This linger-longer approach will insure that the
buyer will have plenty of time to envision themselves living in your home. ReDazzle
Design will preview your home from a buyers prospective, providing suggestions for
improving your homes look, feel and function. Staging has been proven over and over
again to increase the selling price and decrease the number of days on the market.
This can be accomplished in one of two ways:
1) Following the walk-through evaluation, we provide a written report, packed full of
specific suggestions and information for the "Do It Yourselfer". $75/hour
2) We formulate a "plan of attack" and team with the homeowner to showcase the
home to maximize its selling potential. Prices will vary depending on the plan!
